Intrusión in my macbook

I own a Macbook Air 13 acquired in the spring of 2013, despite the reliability and safety, I have observed, almost ever since intrusions on my computer, in my documents and my personal email (Mail, Outlook and Gmail). Just as different manipulations I do not know on my Mac (I'm not very knowledgeable in computer science). It will be about a year, I bought the Crossover program (for Mac), where Windows programs run, one of them mails and reports the RUNTIME 216 report, as I researched has correspondence with the Sub7 spyware Trojan, which facilitates remote control other people's computers.
